Our custom designed Wire Mesh Slitting machines can handle mesh rolls up to 60" in width and have the capability of slitting down to as small as 1" wide coils with +/- 0.5mm width tolerance.This allows the customer to purchase material in various widths and lengths. The slit mesh are normally stainless steel, galvanized, epoxy coated with iron steel, epoxy coated with aluminum and copper
Extruder Screen:
Material: Woven mesh, Perforated mesh, Welded mesh, made of stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317L, 904L & Monel, Hastelloy etc.
Features: excellent resistance to acid, alkali, wearing, and distortion; good purification for liquid or particles 5-500um; large flow, reusing possible after washing.
Specification: single layer or multi-layer mesh welded by spot welding and seam welding.
Available shape: Square, Rectangular,column, or straw hat shape, with various shapes and sizes.
Rimed Filters:
Material: Woven mesh, fiber sintered felt, multi-layer sintered mesh made of stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 317L, 904L & Monel, Hastelloy etc.
Based on technology: multi-layer spot welded mesh; multi-layer rimmed mesh; single layer mesh.
Based on shape: rectangular, oval, circle, irregular shape mesh.
Based on Structure: single layer mesh, multi-layer mesh, combined mesh.
Application industry: Melt liquid filtration of fiber yarn, short fiber, fiber, leather, non-woven cloth, or plastic master batches.
