Milesen has over 40 sets weaving machines dedicated for base mesh of epoxy coated wire mesh in site, mesh opening accuracy, warp and weft wire straightness, mesh defects control, dimension control efficiently grantee raw mesh quality; Epoxy power has different brands, we normally choose anti oil power for industrial use and anti corrosion for civil use.
We have two self-designed epoxy painting lines with Annual capacity of epoxy coating mesh is over 5mil m2. It includes gray, black master roll and slit epoxy coating mesh, consecutive weaving per roll normally up to 1000 feet.
Epoxy coated mesh base mesh mainly include plain steel and Aluminum mesh; Aluminum mesh included cut edge and selvage edge in industrial application and civil application. German made equipment can totally satisfy high ends quality customers in aperture and mesh surface aspects.
