Milesen has an independent team for quality control, these guys are 10-20years experienced for the mesh quality inspection. They check the raw mesh and wire mesh in each details.

Raw Material Quality Control

We control raw material quality by procurement activity controlling, material incoming inspection and supplier management, etc.

These tests includes Chemical Composition test, X-Ray Alloy Analyzer can easily and accurately show the metal chemical compositons, Physical Performance tests: Tensile Strength and Elongation, Wire Ovality Test, Magnetism,etc.

Mesh quality Control

Milesen proceed 100% inspection for the goods before shipment according to relative standards or customized requirements.

Inspection items includes: mesh count, wire thickness, dimension, magnetism, mesh defects, mesh surface conditions.

Milesen self designed comprehensive mesh inspection equipments ,will find and records the whole inspection process effectively, We could offer traceability video records and authentic inspection reports.

Milesen could offer certificates issued by 3rd party, such as Rohs, SGS, BV, White House, MSDS, which comply with the requirement of typical industry and custom.
