Epoxy coated wire mesh series, Milesen has more than 40 special epoxy-coated metal mesh braiding machines with an annual production capacity of more than 5 million square meters. Epoxy powder is available in oil powder and anti-corrosion powder in various colors, and each roll can be woven up to 1000 feet, which can meet the needs of high-end customers.

INSPECTION

Milesen persists in quality management with optimized production processes and rigorous quality control.We follow ISO9001 standards and ASTM E2016-15 for standard quality, conducting 100% pre-shipment testing covering mesh size, aperture, wire diameter, weaving defects,and more. Additionally, we employ advanced equipment like salt spray and high-temperature oil-proof testing machines to assess the coating properties of epoxy resins.
